Production Manager – Massa Martana

The candidate must already reside within a 50 km radius of our production plant located in Massa Martana (PG).
This position includes the following responsibilities:
- Supervision of the industrial operations of the plant, overseeing general maintenance and all aspects related to workplace safety.
- Direct reporting to the COO of the Emicon Group.
Work Experience & Education Requirements
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or degree, preferably in Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Plant or Production Manager in structured industrial environments.
- Solid technical background with knowledge of make-to-order production processes.
- Excellent knowledge of Lean Production principles.
What will you be doing in this role?
Main responsibilities:
- Define the production scheduling strategy.
- Define and manage production capacity.
- Plan the workload to maximize the capacity of each line and saturate the workforce.
- Collaborate with the Procurement to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Monitor and analyze deviations between planned and actual output, proposing corrective actions.
- Manage Work In Progress (WIP).
- Monitor and control plant KPIs.
- Promote continuous improvement activities to enhance plant performance.
- Collaborate with HR for the management of operational workers (skills, training, development).
- Coordinate with RSPP to ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
